FAQ Purchased Files
I purchased and downloaded artwork, but I can't seem to open the file. Some downloads are compressed in a single "zip" file. You will need to "unzip" the file using the appropriate software. Please ensure that you have the Adobe Photoshop software installed on your computer in order to edit the PSD file.
I downloaded a free* bundle and a download was subtracted from my subscription.By purchasing a subscription you have access to all flyer templates at a flat rate.
Bundles (a set of 3-5 flyers), are free*, meaning that instead of paying $15 or (20 credits), you have access to the bundle download, at no extra cost.
This would still count as a download.
The PSD file is in RGB mode and when I converted it to CMYK the colors changed? What should I do?We prefer that our designs are displayed in RGB because the color is more vivid. To keep vivid color composition, complete the following steps:
- When you first open the file, customize the file (with your photos/text), while still in RGB mode.
- Once you complete your design and you are ready to print, merge the all the layers together, by right clicking any layer and selecting "merge visible"
- Now when you convert to CMYK, the color composition will remain in tact , because there are no layers to 'blend', it is essentially now a flattened jpeg.
I purchased a template, and I like the image of the model/person used in the demo. How can I get this image for my project?
All photos of models/person used in demonstration images are appropriately licensed purchased stock images.A member of support will gladly forward information on how to purchase a specific stock image.
